Instructor Courtney Kocak is a writer, podcaster, and comedian who splits time between Austin and Los Angeles. She wrote for Amazon’s Emmy-winning animated series Danger & Eggs and Netflix’s Know It All. She’s produced a slew of highly-ranked podcasts—including The Bellas Podcast, which debuted at #1 on Apple Podcasts, PayPal’s Never Stand Still, and Girlboss Radio—and currently hosts three of her own with over two million downloads to date: Private Parts Unknown, about love and sexuality around the world, The Bleeders, about book writing and publishing, and Podcast Bestie, a best friend to podcasters trying to grow and monetize their shows (and a popular Substack). If you’ve got a million ideas swirling around in your head but aren’t sure how to focus, or if you just need a jolt of inspiration to kick yourself into gear, this 90-minute workshop will set you up for success.

Courtney will guide you through a reflective process to review 2025, clarify your priorities for the year ahead, and translate your creative dreams into an actionable plan. Through exercises in visualization, goal-setting, and strategic planning, you’ll map out your most intentional and productive writing year yet.

During class, you’ll pause, dream big, and create a clear plan of attack to manifest your best writing year in 2026.

If you can't attend this class live, it will be recorded! Students will receive a recording on the Monday after the class, which will be available for 60 days.
